A sign indicating a one-year home protection plan placed within the kitchen was extremely helpful for potential buyers. The best man

It was critical to find the right real estate agent to market and sell my property. Henry had recently sold my neighbor's home who gave me Henry's business card. I called Henry and he was able to sell my house within a month! He is professional, detail oriented and is always there to answer any questions whether day or night. He is a pleasure to have as a realtor.

I got a referral of Henry Kaplan through my close friend. Henry turned out to be exactly the type of person that my friend described. His dedication towards his clients could be seen from his work.

Henry Kaplan went above and beyond to help an 81 year old woman who was no longer living in the state sell her home. On more then one occasion he had his own painters come in and fix holes that were left behind, he got rid of furniture left in the apartment, and has the patience to deal with difficult people. He was very knowledgeable and always had our back.
